Job Description

The candidate should be the first point person of the company and will be responsible for welcoming clients. The candidate should have great customer service skills and should have a polished and professional approach toward the role (Arabic Speaker is advantage).
  • Excellent in personal presentation
  • Great communication skills in both oral and written.
  • Relevant experience in customer service.
  • Ability to perform with less supervision
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Competency in Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multi-cultural environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and assisting guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/mail.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
  • Checking, answering, and distributing company emails to the correct person.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Assist admins in the NOCs and Registrations of respected company developers.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as printing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Organize calendar for training and briefings for Sales Team.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
