Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, members, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle check-ins, registrations, and bookings for sports activities and facilities.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide accurate information about the club's services and schedules.
Manage payments, invoices, and membership renewals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with coaches, trainers, and facility staff for smooth daily operations.
Requirements
:
Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking software.
Ability to multitask and handle busy environments.
