to be the first point of contact at our Business Centre. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk operations, assist clients and visitors, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and tenants professionally
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Handle mail, courier, and document coordination
Support meeting room bookings and client coordination
Maintain front desk records and visitor logs
Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to multitask and work independently
