Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for managing the front desk and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing documents in accordance with internal standards, reviewing supplier invoices for completeness, and preparing monthly billing reports.
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate schedules.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Additional certification in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Arabic and English Speaker Preferably.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
