Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact
for all patients: greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
Manage the front desk
: answer calls, respond to emails, book and confirm appointments using practice management software
Provide
exceptional customer service
by addressing patient needs and resolving issues with care and empathy
Maintain
accurate records
and ensure all paperwork is completed and filed correctly
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure
smooth daily operations
Keep the reception area
neat, organized, and welcoming
Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with all data protection protocols
Candidate Profile:
Fluent in English
(spoken and written) with excellent grammar and communication skills
A warm, friendly, and
professional demeanor

Previous experience in
customer care or front desk
roles (dental/medical background a plus but not required)
Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, scheduling systems, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized, and proactive
