Role Description - General:
This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Front Office Receptionist. The Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls professionally, and handling general front office and receptionist duties. They will assist in scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive front office experience while supporting other administrative tasks as needed.
Role Description - Details:
Answering phone calls, emails, online chats, WhatsApps, etc.
Greeting customers, offering refreshments
Checking-In customer vehicles, inspecting for damage, identifying upsells
Maintaining a clean office environment
Greeting management, provide refreshments
Taking bookings and scheduling jobs
Confirming client bookings the day before and morning of said booking
Answering inquiries, creating and sending repair estimates, upselling, and general sales
Invoicing Work Orders
Handling of petty cash
Paying suppliers, taking receipt of parts received
Posting parts invoices into the system
Limited HR duties relating to private sector vacation announcements, updating our online presence to reflect working days and hours, and other administrative tasks
Answering inquiries received on our social media accounts
Basic social media and online presence administrative tasks
Daily Job Card audits
Maintaining inventory of stationary
Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipments inventor
Maintaining inventory of POS machine rolls, printer toner, paper, Check-In Sheets, Health Checks, and other consumables relating to front-end work

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
