Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Answering phone calls and scheduling client appointments
Greeting, welcoming, and assisting clients professionally
Generating client invoices through the system and collecting payments
Data entry of patients and clients into the system
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized reception area
Supporting the team and contributing to overall operational efficiency
Requirements
Previous experience in a
salon, spa, wellness, or physiotherapy center
Good communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
