Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and confirmation.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
Update and maintain patient records accurately in the system.
Collect payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash reports.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
Handle insurance verification and approval processes (if applicable).
Assist in preparing daily and weekly appointment and revenue reports.
Support marketing and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the center's image and standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in a
medical center or clinic
is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using
clinic management software
and Microsoft Office.
Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience in handling claims.
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic administrative procedures.
