Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly and accurately.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain and manage the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance.
Manage appointment schedules, booking, and cancellations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain office supplies and ensure availability.
Record Keeping:
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
Maintain records of inquiries, complaints, or service requests.
Coordination:
Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments.
Communicate messages and information efficiently between departments.
Problem Solving:
Address visitor inquiries and resolve minor issues proactively.
Escalate complex matters to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may require a degree).
Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
