Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Provide basic administrative support to office staff
Maintain records and update databases as required
Assist with inquiries from clients, staff, and vendors
Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
