We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk operations, assist visitors, and support daily office activities with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain daily calendars
Assist with basic administrative tasks (emails, filing, document handling)
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and staff needs
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Receive and distribute mail or deliveries
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor's is a plus)
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
