Greet and assist patients in a welcoming and professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Handle patient inquiries and payments
Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff
Maintain reception area cleanliness and order
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist (preferably in a clinic or hospital)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good English skills (Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in computer use (MS Office, clinic software)
Positive attitude and professional appearance
