We are looking for a professional and friendly female receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage front desk activities including correspondence, emails, and deliveries
Maintain visitor logbook and ensure security protocols are followed
Handle inquiries from clients and direct them to the appropriate departments
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Support the HR and administration teams with daily office tasks
Keep reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements
:
Female candidates only
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polite, and well-organized
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Customer service attitude
Timing: 10am-7pm (one day off in a week)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
