Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and handling correspondence
Schedule and confirm client appointments and bookings
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational coordination
Maintain visitor logs and ensure all guests are attended to promptly
Handle queries and provide accurate information regarding services
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client servicing
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Perform basic clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a similar administrative role
Female candidates preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Polite and confident demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
