Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor. Assign rooms and issue room keys. Handle all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage online, phone, and walk-in reservations. Provide accurate information about room rates, availability, hotel services, and amenities. Respond promptly to guests' queries, concerns, or complaints, ensuring high guest satisfaction. Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit card details. Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for new guests. Upsell additional services and facilities (e.g., rooms, dining options) where appropriate. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, guest information, and payments.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Hotel Receptionist, or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with hotel booking software and front desk systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
