Treasure Islands Food and Beverages LLC is seeking a
Receptionist
to manage front-desk operations and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reception area, greet visitors, and answer incoming calls.
Maintain office management systems and procedures.
Operate office equipment including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain records using
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
.
Assist with scheduling, meetings, and administrative tasks.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all office operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Receptionist
(minimum
1 year UAE work experience
required).
High school diploma; additional qualification as a
Receptionist or Secretary
is an advantage.
Proficiency in
English
(written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of
MS Office applications
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to
Dubai
before starting work.
Preferred Experience
1 year experience as a
Receptionist
or in a similar administrative role in the UAE.
