Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Handle confidential documents and information with the utmost discretion.
Act as the liaison between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain records, files, and databases for easy retrieval.
Draft, proofread, and edit official communications and business documents.
Schedule and coordinate board meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation and minutes recording.
Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure smooth workflow for the executive office.
Manage expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements.
Perform other executive-level support tasks as assigned.
