who will be assigned to our Cardip Dubai branch in Al Quoz. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-desk experience while supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, couriers)
Support administrative tasks and coordinate with internal departments
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Fluency in English & Arabic is required
