Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
Coordinate with healthcare staff to manage daily schedules and patient visits.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Address patient inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare or home care services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
