We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our corporate office in Dubai. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to provide a premium client experience in line with the brand's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and VIP guests with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
Manage the front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor access.
Maintain a tidy and elegant reception area reflecting the brand's luxury identity.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, courier coordination, and office supplies management.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion in dealing with clients and business information.
Qualifications & Skills
2-3 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role (luxury, jewellery, or hospitality industry preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Hindi or other languages is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable, polished, and professional appearance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, discretion, and customer-service mindset.
