The Receptionist & Front Desk Executive is the welcoming face of our real estate development office. You will manage all front?office operations, support administrative workflows, and ensure an outstanding first impression for clients, partners, and visitors. Prior experience in real estate, strong CRM skills, and fluency in English are highly desired; Arabic language ability will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Client Reception
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and stakeholders with professionalism and warmth.
Manage multi?line phone system, including the developer hotline: screen, route calls, funnel leads properly to the sales and project teams, take accurate messages, and follow up as needed.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare venues, and ensure all materials (agendas, project brochures) are ready.
Administrative & Secretarial Support
Maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Office Manager and senior team.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier requests, and office supply inventory.
Prepare and distribute correspondence--emails, letters, faxes--and draft routine documents.
CRM & Document Management
Enter and update client, vendor, and project data in the company's CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Generate reports on lead status, appointment logs, and visitor statistics for management review.
Establish and maintain an organized filing system--both electronic and hard?copy--for contracts, proposals, and office records.
Office Operations & Coordination
Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area; liaise with facilities for any maintenance needs.
Track and report daily visitor logs; notify relevant team members of scheduled arrivals.
Assist with ad?hoc projects: event support, client hospitality, and basic marketing collateral distribution.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years in a receptionist or front desk role,
preferably
with a real estate developer or property management firm.
Proven experience operating CRM systems to manage contacts and track interactions.
Languages:
Native or near?native fluency in
English
(spoken & written).
Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable learning and using office software and scheduling tools.

Dubai office (Sunday-Thursday)

8:30?AM - 5:30?PM
Compensation:
AED?3,000?-?AED?5,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
