To manage the front desk efficiently and professionally, act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and ensure smooth day-to-day front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors with a friendly, professional approach
Manage incoming calls, messages, and direct them appropriately
Keep the reception area clean and well-organized
Handle mail, couriers, and document dispatch/receipts
Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor gate passes
Coordinate meetings and appointments with internal teams
Schedule and monitor meeting room availability
Perform basic tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning, record keeping
Track and maintain front-office supplies and restock as needed
Provide company info and guide visitors/employees when required
Role will include administrative and secretarial support responsibilities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven 1-3 years of work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
