We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused
Receptionist (Female Arabic Speaker)
to be the first point of contact for our real estate and property management office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front-desk service, manage incoming calls and emails, and support the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and welcome clients, tenants, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries via email or in person
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with tenant communications, follow-ups, and document submissions
Maintain an organized reception area and keep office supplies stocked
Support the property management and real estate teams with data entry, filing, and document preparation
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive tenant and company information
Coordinate with maintenance and service providers for property-related concerns
Perform other administrative tasks as required by management
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or real estate-related certification is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using property management or CRM systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Knowledge of real estate or property management terminology is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Experience:
Real Estate receptionist in UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
