We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized
Receptionist (Female)
to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, offering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients, guests, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and tidy environment
Manage visitor sign-in/out and issue visitor passes as required
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in office administration is a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service orientation
