We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented
Receptionist
who is fluent in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will be responsible for handling front desk operations, managing appointments, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls in English, taking messages when necessary.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized booking system.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about our services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
Process payments and keep financial records as required.
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Preferred:
Candidates on a husband/spouse visa or freelance visa are encouraged to apply.
