Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Manage maintenance work order requests for staff .
Welcome and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions they have.
Maintain lobby, reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine, and a computer.
Receive deliveries; log, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Take inventory of reception supplies and restock as needed.
Provides general administrative support to staff as needed
Maintain the general reception filing system
