We are looking for a professional and customer-focused
Front Desk Receptionist
to manage our reception area. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
Respond to emails and inquiries promptly.
Schedule and manage appointments or bookings.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide information about the company's services and policies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Handle customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate department.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus).
Proven experience as a front desk receptionist, office assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Customer service-oriented attitude.
