Documentation:
Print, scan, and prepare all related documents accurately and efficiently.
Meet & Greet:
Welcome visitors and clients warmly, offering beverages and ensuring a pleasant reception experience.
Personal Assistance:
Provide basic personal support to the partners, such as managing personal files and handling meal orders when required.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Familiar with printing and scanning machines.
Languages:
Fluent in English.
