Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Reception Management:

Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

Client & Visitor Liaison:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Office Supply Management:

Monitor office supplies and stationery, maintain stock levels, and place orders as needed.

Documentation:

Print, scan, and prepare all related documents accurately and efficiently.

Meet & Greet:

Welcome visitors and clients warmly, offering beverages and ensuring a pleasant reception experience.

Personal Assistance:

Provide basic personal support to the partners, such as managing personal files and handling meal orders when required.

Qualifications



Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience as a receptionist.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Familiar with printing and scanning machines.

Languages:

Fluent in English.

Communication Skills:

Confident and professional, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Presentable:

Maintains a polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance that reflects positively on the company's image, demonstrating confidence and a courteous demeaner at all times.

Organization Skills:

Strong ability to organize office supplies, documents, and administrative tasks efficiently.
