We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized

Front Desk Receptionist

to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff. You will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Schedule meetings and maintain calendars Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Should have a pleasant personality. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in UAE with experience of minimum of 1-2 years . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is of key importance for this position. Professional attitude and appearance. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role Should maintain daily follow ups with vendors and clients. Should keep the office place tidy and clean at all times. Familiarity with office equipment. Maintain Office Supplies. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Maintain staff attendance. Maintain Overtime Sheet.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
