Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate & maintain standard office equipment on a regular basis (eg. printers / computers)
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors and of calls received.
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed.
Maintain the general office filing system.
Having experience in insurance claim / lodging is an advantage.
Assist the Human Resource Dept. , if necessary.
Female - Any nationality
Freshers are welcome to apply.
UAE experience is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Al Hamriyah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
