Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, efficiently managing inquiries.
Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless process for guests.
Coordinate appointment schedules and manage reservations.
Provide information on resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Female candidates preferred.
Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) as a receptionist or in a customer service role is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
