A well-established medical center in the heart of Ajman is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional medical Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong communication skills and a caring attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle patient inquiries and provide clear information about our services.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and ensure the reception area is tidy.
Requirements:
Visa Status: Must have own visa or be sponsored by husband.
Language: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a significant advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a medical or clinic setting, is highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
Attributes: Professional appearance, reliable, empathetic, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours & Schedule:
Clinic Hours: 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Duty Schedule: Available in straight shifts or split shifts. Specific timings will be discussed during the interview.
