We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk activities, handle customer inquiries, and support the daily operations of the garage.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
Maintain records of customer details, service requests, and follow-ups
Coordinate with mechanics and service advisors to update customers on job status
Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Provide general administrative support to the garage team
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (automotive industry experience is a plus)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu knowledge is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and professional appearance
