Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
Support various departments with clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document handling
Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
Uphold confidentiality and security protocols for guests and staff
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
