Receptionist & Customer Service Officer
We seeking to hire a Receptionist & Customer Service Officer who is professional and has excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
Full proficiency in the English language (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills and the ability to deal politely and professionally with clients and parents.
Ability to organize and manage appointments efficiently.
Commitment, accuracy, and a professional appearance.
Previous experience in reception or customer service (preferably in medical or educational centers).
Proficiency in using computers, appointment booking, and follow-up systems.
Residency visa is preferred.
