required
Excellent
customer service
and
communication skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Fluent in English
(Arabic or other languages are an advantage)
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and appointment management systems
Arab
or
Eastern European

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
Manage appointments, phone calls, and inquiries efficiently
Support daily front desk and administrative operations
