Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone
Manage appointments and scheduling efficiently
Maintain patient records and update information accurately
Handle inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff as needed
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements:
Tagalog/English
speakers in the UAE are encouraged to apply.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in dealing with patients and handling sensitive information
Basic computer and office skills (MS Office, scheduling software)
Previous experience in a healthcare or front-desk setting is an advantage
