We are seeking a courteous, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and assist with general administrative support of the office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper access control.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
Assist with scheduling, filing, and data entry tasks.
Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role (UAE or home country).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, good telephone etiquette, and professional appearance.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative training is an advantage).
Working Hours:
As per UAE Labour Law / company policy.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
