Touch of Health Rehabilitation Centre is committed to providing exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at our branch in Burjeel Medical City.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and coordination with clinical staff
Process incoming and outgoing mail and documentation
Requirements:
Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical/clinical setting, is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Salary
