Greet and direct visitors, handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Support Admin tasks such as filing, attendance records, and documentation.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare basic reports.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as receptionist/admin, preferably in construction or related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to Multitask and prioritize efficiently.
English & Hindi is a must.
Female Candidates preferred.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Candidates on Spouse Visa/Own Visa Preferred.
