We're looking for a professional and confident Front Desk Officer to join our team in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring a positive and professional experience while supporting daily office and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a courteous manner
Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle services or deliveries
Maintain front office records, visitor logs, and filing systems
Coordinate with service, sales, and HR departments for smooth operations
Ensure the reception area reflects company standards of cleanliness and professionalism
Requirements:
Female candidate with
2-3 years' experience
in front desk or customer service roles within the
automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in
MS Office
and office management tools
Presentable, organized, and customer-focused

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
