Must be located in the UAE Must have a drivers licence and a car The senior front desk receptionist will be responsible for training all existing and new front desk staff across all locations - including locations in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The front desk receptionist serves as the first point of hospitality and is responsible for ensuring that all members and visitors are consistently attended to with the utmost in customer service upon each visit or phone call to the facility, as well as providing information on the programs, activities and services at the facility. Demonstrate ability to manage and resolve conflicts.

• Address each user by name when they enter and leave the facility
• Check-in all users when they arrive, including recording their attendance via the facility's approved system
• Ensure that only authorized participants and guests are allowed access to the facility.
• Answer the phones and handle each call, ensuring the callers' needs are met
• Perform basic operational tasks such as scheduling appointments for classes, personal training and meetings.
• Ensure that all feedback/complaints are appropriately communicated
• Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the reception areas.
• Ensure that members and visitors are checked-in using the facility's approved system
• Acknowledge all users on departure, ensuring they had a pleasant and productive visit to the facility.
• Willingly step in and assist with other facility service responsibilities, as may be required to ensure that the facility delivers upon its commitment to excellence
