Receiving visitors/guests at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. . Answering, screening, forwarding incoming phone calls and/or take messages. . Receiving, sorting, register entry & distribution of daily emails, letters, correspondences, invoices etc. to respective concerned. . Draft - letters, correspondences, replies to emails etc. . Emailing, scanning, faxing & file management (digital & hardcopy) of documents. . Manage calendars by scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, reminding appointments etc. of management officials. . All necessary secretarial jobs to management executives. . Responsible to maintain office reception, visitoraEUR(TM)s area, conference room. Timely checks of office equipmentaEUR(TM)s, office stationery/supplies etc. . Coordinate & assists with all other departments of office; as & when required. Skills Required . Pleasant personality. . Strong communication skills. . Excellent command over both in writing & spoken English. . High level of professionalism and courtesy. . Great attention to detail. .
