Answering calls, handling email, WhatsApp queries/booking/complains/cancelation.
Prepares and maintains documents in either hard copy or computerized formats.
Schedule drivers' tasks and voyages.
Manage meeting rooms booking.
Offer the company front office assistance during both regular days and events.
