Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, handling check-in/check-out processes efficiently
• Manage room reservations, assign accommodations, and handle billing accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt, personalized service
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and bell services to enhance guest satisfaction
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel procedures and emergency protocols
• Adhere to Marriott brand service standards and presentation guidelines at all times

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications or degree preferred
• Prior front desk or guest service experience in a luxury hotel environment is advantageous
• Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Familiarity with property management systems like Opera is preferred
• Impeccable grooming, a customer-first attitude, and strong multitasking skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
