J*ob Responsibilities: * - Meet and greet clients and visitors and maintain trusting relationships with customers. - Respond to incoming telephone calls and online inquiries. - Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of the information. - Should be able to promote our interesting services, ideally a dynamic, well-spoken marketing talent, who will strengthen our sales and promote brand name. - Ensure that the handing of a reservation for the meeting rooms is done with complete professionalism. - Know the pricing policy of the offices and explain to customers the best services for their needs. - Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments, and services offered. - Maintain a tidy reception and common areas. - Book and confirm appointments via phone and email Process transactions (cash and k-net) and issue receipts. - Responsible for preparing periodic reports. - Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including LinkedIn, and Instagram. - Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors. - All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line manager. Requirements and Skills To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: - Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role - Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience - Must have excellent customer service skills. - Must be calm, polite, and patient in stressful situations. - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks - Should have good written and verbal skills in English and Arabic (would be added advantage) - High School degree / Diploma / Bachelor Degree (would be added advantage). - Under valid Visa - Must upload a Personal Photo along with the resume.
