Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with hotel standards.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing and payment transactions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements:
Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera or similar is an advantage).
