Wyndham Garden Muscat is now seeking a Front Desk agent to join our team .

Job Summary

This position is concerned with assisting the guest efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Front Office duties. To maintain a high standard of quality guest service at all times.

Education & Experience

At least 2 years in a similar position in a similar Hotel Fluent English language skills written and spoken, Arabic desired and Good team player with positive customers service mind-set. Good knowledge of OPERA System Being able to work in shifts Being able to stand during shift (9 hours)Computer literate Any other reasonable duties as directed by your line manager COMPANY OVERVIEW:
