Job Description
Front Desk Agent: Our company is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your duties will include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing appointments, and performing general clerical tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors
- Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate person or department
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized
- Perform general clerical tasks, such as data entry, scanning, and filing
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
