About Us:

real estate solutions, government services, and business setup support

Amer Center in Bay Avenue, Dubai

, and are looking for a professional, Arabic-speaking female to join our team in a blended role that covers front desk, admin, and customer service duties.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner Handle phone calls, messages, scheduling, and general office inquiries Support clients with

government-related services

and

business setup procedures

Liaise with Dubai government entities when necessary Maintain front desk organization and office supply inventory Provide administrative support to management and team members Represent the company in a polished and professional manner at all times

Requirements:



Female candidate

, fluent in

Arabic

, with good command of

English

Law background

(degree preferred) Previous experience with

Dubai government services, Amer, Tasheel, or business setup

is a strong advantage Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
